Breakfast Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Houser Creek Hospitality, LLC. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Set up and break down the breakfast buffet, ensuring a wide variety of fresh items are available to our guests.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, refilling coffee pots, beverages, and clearing used dishes and utensils as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and buffet bar, adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner, demonstrating a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on putting the guest first.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Food service industry experience is highly desirable, but not required.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
