Pharma Biotech Benchtop Expert

Hays Recruitment is seeking a qualified Benchtop Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. This is a contract/temporary role that offers the opportunity to enroll in full medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401K, and Life Insurance ($20,000 benefit).

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, specifically in laboratory equipment, benchtop instrumentation, and quality system disciplines. They will be responsible for providing support for the administration of benchtop instrumentation applications, PC hardware, and IT administrative tools within a GxP environment.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our digital plant organization. The successful candidate will also provide ownership of assets, execute documentation, lead multiple projects, and liaise with global partners.

• 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, specifically in laboratory equipment, benchtop instrumentation, and quality system disciplines
• Comprehensive knowledge of data integrity guidance, GxP compliance, software development life cycle, and good documentation practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and lead small to medium-sized projects
