Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our Cardiac/Stroke team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with vital signs, 12-Lead EKG, bladder ultrasound, and other medical procedures. You will also participate in implementing patient-specific care plans and contribute to a safe and positive patient experience.
Responsibilities- Assist with vital signs, including manual blood pressure, and other medical procedures
- Implement patient-specific care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Participate in activities essential to the functioning of the patient care unit
- Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and completion of an accredited certified nursing assistant (C.N.A.) training course preferred
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider issued by the American Heart Association
- 1 year of customer service experience and/or prior nursing assistant experience preferred
