• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Build loyalty and repeat business by delivering outstanding patient care and support.
• Lead Clinical Services: Champion Thrifty White's innovative programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist patients in enrolling.
• Team Leadership: Model, coach, and maintain high standards in patient service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
• Workflow Optimization: Structure and organize prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Long-Term Care and Specialty Business: Identify opportunities and communicate with marketers to drive growth and revenue.
• Medication Dispensing and Clinical Services: Provide all necessary pharmacy services, including dispensing medications and related supplies.

The physical demands of this role include long periods of standing and frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• A pharmacy license or the ability to obtain one without federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.
