**Leadership Opportunity in Rehabilitation Services**
Britt Medical Search is seeking an exceptional physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to lead the development of a brand-new rehabilitation program at a 266-bed, acute-care hospital.
- **Program Development and Leadership**: The incoming physician will provide strategic direction and leadership for the new rehabilitation program, driving growth and expansion in rehabilitation services.
- **Clinical Responsibilities**: The physician will cover a 20-bed unit, treating acute rehab patients with a range of conditions, including stroke, orthopedic, amputation, neurological conditions, and debility patients.
- **Supportive Team**: The hospital has a dedicated team of trained therapy and nursing staff, providing a collaborative environment for the physician to thrive.
- **Full-time Position with Medical Directorship Duties**: This is a full-time position with responsibilities as Medical Director, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
- **Inpatient Focus**: The physician will have an inpatient focus, with opportunities for consults in the hospital or nursing homes.
