We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a Food Service Director, you will be responsible for planning, administering, and directing all unit activities related to food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strong operational performance by executing against regulatory agency standards and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise unit personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control, labor management, and employee training.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain front-line team members.
  • Interact with client management and maintain effective client and customer relations at all levels of the client organization.
  • Provide overall direction and manage performance for all Food Service Managers, Supervisors, and front-line employees.
  • Direct, staff, and train food service departments regarding food presentation, quality, cost control, and cash handling.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in food service.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a Food Service Director role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model.
  • Healthcare experience required.
