Savannah, GA: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Position

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position in the historic city of Savannah, Georgia.
Caseload determinations are in flux, and assignments will be made in accordance with candidate experience and in collaboration with the SLP team.
Key Responsibilities:- Accept referrals and screen children to identify areas of need
- Prepare written reports, interpret student evaluations, and develop Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs)
- Schedule therapy sessions for students in groups or on a one-on-one basis
- Meet with parents to review student progress and reassess needs
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teaching staff, and administrators to ensure student success
- Work closely with other members of program staff to develop curricula and make recommendations for environmental modifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
- Georgia SLP license
- Applicants may also be required to hold an SLP certificate from the Georgia Public Service Commission
