Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Etowah, TN. As a Physical Therapist with Upstream Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment, and education
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and respect among colleagues
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
