Counter Sales Representative

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Customer Service: Approach and greet all customers on the sales floor and at the counter, assist and sell to prospective customers, and explain the type of products offered.
• Product Knowledge: Research products available for purchase based on the customer's needs, promote manager specials and sale items, and suggest additional products to customers.
• Order Processing: Secure orders, key data into the computer, and inform customers of delivery dates when items are not in stock.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area, arrange store displays, and restock product when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Interact and communicate with all department team leaders and supervisors.

• General Order Maintenance: Assist with general order maintenance, including mail order procedures.
• Restocking: Assist with restocking the store.
