We are seeking an experienced OBGYN physician to join our independent multi-specialty group in the Chicago area. With a strong focus on patient care and professional development, our group offers a unique opportunity for physicians to maintain autonomy while benefiting from the infrastructure of a large organization.
About Our GroupOur multi-specialty group is well-established in the Chicago healthcare market, offering a proactive model of medicine that prioritizes quality, efficiency, and access. We provide experienced physicians with the flexibility to schedule their time between four clinics and one hospital, with opportunities to deliver only at one hospital or call 1:4. Our physicians see between 4-6 patients per hour, with an average delivery rate of 10 per month.
We offer a variety of practice options, including:
- Call 1:9 with full-day call, scheduling half-day clinic based on call, and post-call day schedule flexibility
- Deliver only at one hospital with 1 clinic location, seeing 4-6 patients per hour and 30-35 patients per day
We have a state-of-the-art facility with 390-beds, Level III NICU, MFM, and on-unit Cesarean delivery capabilities. Our hospital also features 10 birthing suites, a Da Vinci robot, and 32 clinical hours per week.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $400,000 - $600,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
- Nose coverage and malpractice insurance
- $50,000 annual health savings account disbursement
- 4-6 weeks PTO
- EPIC EMR integrated throughout clinics
We also offer a shareholder professional partnership with a 24-month guarantee, allowing you to track your earnings and share in the profits of the practice.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Laparoscopic Hysterectomy skills (skilled and comfortable)
- Robotic skills available
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
