- Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience, with progressive experience in healthcare, including direct patient care, staff education, and problem-solving.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire nursing staff.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Technology: Proficient in using technology to support real-time education and quality improvement initiatives.
