Clinical Communication Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide essential services to patients, including consultation, evaluation, and treatment planning. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing speech-language pathology services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conducting swallowing evaluations and developing swallowing rehabilitation programs.
- Assessing and treating communication disorders in adults and children.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure or certification in the State of New York. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
