We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager at Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care unit, ensuring the highest quality of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Represent the unit's interests and advocate for residents' needs and concerns
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of New York
  • 3+ years of long-term care experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
