We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Safe Harbor Home Care in San Diego, CA. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Drive and escort clients to appointments and errands
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in client status to the client care coordinator
Requirements:
