We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at SoFi. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and analyze GRC requirements, with a focus on financial industry regulations and compliance needs.
  • Design and architect the GRC solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security standards, and specific financial regulatory requirements.
  • Configure the GRC tool to meet specific business needs and ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.
  • Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to the GRC tool, ensuring data security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, performance, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, emphasizing the importance of regulatory compliance and data security within the financial industry.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing enterprise software solutions in a financial environment.
  • Experience with GRC tools and processes, specifically within the context of financial regulations and compliance.
