We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth in the Lewiston Auburn to Portland, ME area.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity that involves outside business-to-business (B2B) sales, managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new market share, and cultivating existing accounts. As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for selling Xerox Office Technology and Services, including hardware, software, apps, information technology (IT), and professional services within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect for new business opportunities and set appointments
2. Discover, assess, and validate client needs
3. Design and develop solution strategies to meet client requirements
4. Present, demonstrate, and propose Xerox offerings to clients
5. Closing deals, negotiating contracts, and implementing solutions
6. Continuously manage, strategize, refer, and conduct regular business reviews of accounts
7. Meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments and advancements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
2. Technology sales experience is preferred
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities
5. Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
6. Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
7. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
8. Willingness to take calculated risks and try innovative approaches
