Job Summary:

As a Pediatrics Physician at CommonSpirit Health, you will provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, values-based patient care for our patients. Responsibilities:

Obtain a comprehensive general health history and provide OB/GYN medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing, and current standard of care.
Screen for health risks and health promotion needs, and perform a comprehensive physical examination.
Identify deviations from normal findings in history and physical examination, and order or perform screening and diagnostic tests based on findings.
Develop and analyze differential diagnoses on the basis of clinical and laboratory data, and diagnose gynecologic, obstetric, female/male reproductive, and sexual health conditions.
Develop a plan of care based on assessment findings and diagnoses, and provide health promotion/disease prevention education/counseling and anticipatory guidance.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited medical program recognized as license eligible for the Oregon State Medical Board.
Current Oregon State Licensure, Current AHA BLS Certification, and Certifications as required by Medical Staff Credentialing/Bylaws.
Knowledge of Clinic/Hospital practices, use of equipment, and diagnosing, skill in communicating to patients and the families or caregivers, and ability to write and/or dictate reports and correspondences.
