RN (Registered Nurse) - Short Stay-Observation_Nights

The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Short Stay Observation Unit. This is a 36-hour per week, night shift position that requires a Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The RN will work with a team of experienced nurses to provide evidence-based practice and deliver quality healthcare to patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of safety and quality
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
