About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team at America's Test Kitchen in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in building and deploying email campaigns for large & dynamic audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Email Strategy and Execution: Drive and manage a calendar for specific email products as assigned, including creating advertising and content strategies for hitting goals for specific product lines.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with design, social media, digital marketing, and editorial teams to bring newsletters into cross-channel campaigns, compile reporting/analyze data on email newsletter performance.
  • List Segmentation Strategy: Contribute to list segmentation strategy to improve targeting, analyze performance of segments, and conceive and implement tests aimed at improving email performance metrics (CTR, opens, etc.), sales and retention.
Requirements
  • Documented success and experience specifically in advanced lifecycle marketing and automation.
  • Owning growth strategies for newsletter products.
  • Segmentation and audience strategy experience.
  • Strong POV on benchmark metrics including inbox placement, deliverability, and sender reputation.
  • Experience with an advanced ESP set-up.
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and an interest in facing analytical challenges by diving deep into large datasets with Tableau and Excel.
  • Experience and/or strong interest in applying agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent organizational ability and ability to manage multiple projects on deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across functions and disciplines.
  • Experience with and desire to create compelling and effective marketing campaigns.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid schedule of 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) in the office and 2 days per week remotely.
