Job Summary:

Bright Horizons is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment that fosters a sense of community and respect among children, families, and staff.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • MA DEEC teacher certification required.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
