Job Summary

As an Environmental Services Technician with the Good Samaritan Society, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for patients, residents, and staff. Your responsibilities will include cleaning patient/resident rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas, as well as operating cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in patient/resident rooms and assigned areas
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines
  • Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Assist with laundry and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40-50lbs and push/pull up variable weight limits on flat surfaces or up and down ramps

Benefits:
