Dishwasher Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at Five Star Senior Living. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe food service environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including storing clean items and disposing of trash.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the food service team to ensure seamless service.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the food service operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred.
