Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload gas and liquid cylinders from our vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Delivery and Transportation: Drive our company vehicles to deliver cylinders to customers and branches, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Paperwork and Record-Keeping: Accurately complete delivery tickets and other paperwork, maintaining accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain our vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Class B CDL: Possess a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements, or be able to obtain both endorsements.
- Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record, with no history of accidents or traffic violations.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders, as well as stand for long periods of time.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to read and write English fluently.
