Job Overview:

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Microsoft 365 Level 3 Administrator to enhance our vibrant IT department. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and securing our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and protection. This position demands extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, and the proficiency to apply best practices for maximizing M365 effectiveness within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other integral components.

Design, implement, and uphold M365 security and compliance frameworks, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Rights Management (IRM), and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP).

Conduct tenant administration activities including user management, license allocation, and policy configuration.

Continuously monitor and sustain the health of the Microsoft 365 environment through proactive management and troubleshooting efforts.

Collaborate with various IT teams and departments to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.

Devise and execute migration strategies from on-premises setups or alternative cloud services to Microsoft 365.

Provide support and training to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications and functionalities.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft 365, recommending enhancements or improvements as necessary.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, with comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

Thorough understanding of M365 security features and compliance mandates.

Experience in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 tenant settings and policies.

Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the capability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, or similar credentials.

Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and its integration with Microsoft 365.

Familiarity with hybrid environments that connect on-premises systems with Microsoft 365.

Experience with third-party tools and solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365.
