Job Title: Diesel Mechanic Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic Technician to join our team at VT Construction in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, drive lines, brakes, suspensions, emissions, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with Class 5-8 trucks, including brakes, exhaust, clutch, and engine work.
  • Rebuild and repair diesel engines, differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems.
  • Provide innovative solutions to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience working with diesel engines, preferably with computer diagnoses.
  • ASE Master Medium-Heavy Truck Technician Certification preferred.
  • MUST have your own tools.
  • Valid OSHA 10 for the Construction industry.
  • Ability to pass a required drug test.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
