We are seeking a skilled Travel RN - NICU Position to join our team in Petersburg, Virginia.

About the Job

This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and premature infants in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in neonatal nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $1,890 – $2,074 per week, depending on experience.

  • $1,890 – $2,074 per week (estimated)
  • NOC shift available
  • 12-week contract with possibility to extend
Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease processes and treatment options
Requirements
  • Virginia RN License or Compact State RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • NRP or NALS
  • 2 years of recent Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience
  • PALS certification is preferred
