We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team at Lineage Logistics Holding, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance-related activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance, to ensure the facility and equipment remain in operational condition.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures, including fire, safety, risk, environmental, and health and safety programs.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Manage, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the Facility Maintenance Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with current priorities and review monthly utility reports.
  • Plan and Schedule Maintenance Workload: Plan and schedule maintenance workload leveraging the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Provide Recommendations and Guidance: Provide recommendations on future capital expenditure projects and ensure timely completion, as well as provide guidance on the design and management of future building additions.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED, 3 years facility maintenance management experience, and experience working on and around ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 refrigeration systems.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency with Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan regulatory requirements, program implementation, and compliance oversight, as well as mechanical and electrical fundamentals and applications.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
