  • Order Taking and Preparation: Take orders for food and beverages, prepare orders, and serve them to guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Side Work: Perform side work duties, such as setting up tables, refilling condiments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills, be able to make change, and have a good command of the English language.
Requirements
  • Age and Education: Be of legal age to serve alcohol and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Training and Certification: Complete ServSafe Food Handler and Responsible Vendor training.
  • Availability: Be available to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and physical demands. The employee may be required to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
