Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Storage Administrator to join our team at ITSS Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing network security, completing backup applications, and responding to alerts with appropriate corrective action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage network security and perform backup applications
  • Respond to alerts and take corrective action
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including managing system performance and network administration duties
  • Identify and resolve problems of basic scope using proper tools and techniques
  • Apply basic standards and procedures to accomplish tasks, including learning how to use and apply applicable technologies
  • Document work thoroughly and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively in a small team setting and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Experience in IT, particularly with networks and storage systems
  • Formal training at the Associate Degree level or industry certifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
