Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at the State of Texas. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, replacement, and installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration units.
  • Install, replace, and repair various HVAC/R equipment, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Monitor and maintain energy management systems to optimize energy efficiency.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC/R maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC/R systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
