Our team delivers quality medical care to seniors, people with complex conditions, special needs, and individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, increasing quality of life and safeguarding their dignity.
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Dayton, OH. As a Medical Care Provider, you will have the opportunity to grow your medical skills while providing personalized care to patients in their homes or other residential settings.
Responsibilities:- Perform evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs
- Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
- Evaluate and maintain patient medical records
To succeed in this role, you should have an active state NP license, current National Board Certification, active DEA licensure, a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), and five or more years of nursing experience, preferably with two years of nurse practitioner experience.
The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 per year, based on performance, with opportunities for quarterly increases.
