Floating LPN

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the St Louis Region. As a Floating LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various Mercy Hospital facilities, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Respect patient rights and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- A valid LPN license in the hiring state or compact licensure is required.
- A minimum of one year's experience as an LPN, preferably in a specialty-specific area.
- BLS certification and IV-certification are mandatory.
- Preferred experience: two years as an LPN.
