Material Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planner to join our team at Trane Technologies in Tyler, TX. As a Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of raw materials and components to support our assembly operations.

• Plan and manage raw material and component purchases to maintain optimal inventory levels and support production requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, supplier representatives, logistics, scheduling, engineering, quality, finance, and assembly operations to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Resolve problems related to purchases, pricing discrepancies, and receipt-to-invoice reconciliation.
• Support inventory management, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Participate in lean problem-solving projects and events to create sustainable standard work.

• Bachelor's degree or 4-8 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, logistics, or purchasing.
• Exposure to manufacturing, quality control, production planning, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Experience with major ERP platforms/manufacturing databases.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $78,000. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages and may vary based on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
