Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Progressions in Malvern, PA. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and delivering individualized, professional nursing care to all patients as assigned.
  • Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, you will provide nursing care following the multidisciplinary treatment plan, the policies and procedures of Progressions, and the Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and provide written assessments of patients on admission and throughout treatment.
  2. Document current needs/problems and past medical, psychiatric, drug, and alcohol history and ensure assessment addresses bio-psychosocial needs.
  3. Complete multidisciplinary assessments when needed.
  4. Identify and evaluates patients' learning needs, ability, and readiness to learn and documents properly, ensuring that each is addressed during treatment.
  5. Formulate and use a written nursing care plan based on diagnosis, special patient outcomes, and appropriate nursing measures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program.
  • Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Clinical experience in the treatment of addiction is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Program and Commission of Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities standards.
