As a Scanning Project Clerk, you will play a crucial role in preparing documents for scanning, loading paper onto production scanners, and visually inspecting scanned images for accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, fixing bent or torn corners, and categorizing documents
  • Load paper onto high-energy production scanners
  • Visually inspect scanned images and perform corrections as needed
Requirements
  • Punctuality and reliability with good attendance
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for an 8-hour shift, comfortable with a non-sedentary position
  • Ability to lift/carry a 25-pound box
  • Comfortable and proficient working with a computer, mouse, and keyboard
