Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Southeast Cary, NC. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to our organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.

- Current North Carolina State License as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care or a related field.
