At MaineHealth, we are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Maine Medical Center, the state's only level 1 trauma center.

We offer a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a tight-knit group of CRNAs who provide world-class care for our patients.

Our team of over 90 CRNAs provides coverage for 30 operating rooms at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center, as well as numerous off-site locations, including the 10-operating room outpatient Scarborough Surgery Center.

We work in an anesthesia care team model alongside a private group of physician anesthesiologists to provide coverage for a wide range of cases, including pediatric, neuro, ortho, trauma, general, vascular, obstetric, urological, and thoracic procedures.

We welcome both experienced and new graduate CRNAs to apply.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as CME expense reimbursement and malpractice insurance.

We also offer a robust 4-week orientation program for new graduate CRNAs and pay weekend call in addition to the base salary.

We cover the cost of NBCRNA board exam, NBCRNA CPC Exam, state licensing, BLS, ACLS & PALS recertification programs, and continuing education.

To be considered for this position, you must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and APRN-CRNA in the State of Maine, have graduated from a nurse anesthesiology program accredited by the Council on Accreditation, and be board certified as a CRNA by NBCRNA.

You must also possess a comprehensive understanding of all procedures and equipment used to administer anesthesia to various age groups, acuity levels, and case types, as well as be certified in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
