As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of clinical and commercial manufacturing equipment
  • Lead and execute maintenance activities, including repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Develop and implement best practices for maintenance and service in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes meet business objectives
  • Proactively evaluate challenges faced by the business and take actions to mitigate risks and develop opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably with cGMP experience
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing and aseptic filling processes, including manual, semi-automated, and commercial scale automated processes
  • Familiarity with PLC software design and development
  • Strong English language skills, including writing ability and oral communication
