We are seeking a skilled Expo/Food Runner to join our team at Eno's Pizza Tavern. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Verify that food is prepared to specification and presented correctly.
  • Manage course timing and account for every item on the ticket.
  • Maintain a clean and organized expo window.
  • Properly care for equipment and utensils.
  • Collaborate with servers and bartenders to meet guest requests.
  • Confirm correct plates for each front-of-house member.
  • Ensure accurate order entry in our point of sale system.
  • Take ownership of and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Ensure the establishment is left clean and free of food debris at closing.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of restaurant experience.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and remain active for long periods of time.
