We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Inspector to join our team at Information Providers, Inc.

About the Role:

As an Insurance Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting on-site underwriting surveys of residential and commercial properties to collect data for condition assessments, measurements, and photographs. You will also identify building materials and hazards, and upload the collected information into our internet-based platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site inspections of properties to collect data for underwriting surveys
  • Measure dimensions of properties, including photographs of all sides of buildings, roofs, and exterior amenities
  • Identify building materials and hazards
  • Upload collected data into our internet-based platform

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
