This full-time position is strictly open to candidates within the United States, with a preferred location in San Antonio, TX, New York City, NY, Phoenix, AZ, or Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our team, you will support the data analytics team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

    • Gather and preprocess data from various sources, including internal databases, client data, and external research.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data validation and cleaning processes.
    • Assist in maintaining and updating data management systems and databases.
    • Perform basic statistical analysis and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and findings.
    • Support the development of data models and algorithms for more advanced analytics.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.
    • Prepare clear and concise presentations of analytical findings and recommendations.
    • Assist in communicating complex data insights in a straightforward and understandable manner.
    • Work closely with senior analysts, consultants, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
    • Participate in meetings and discussions to contribute insights and support data-related decision-making.
    • Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.
    • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis processes, and reporting methodologies.
    • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a data analysis role or a related internship. Experience in an engineering or consulting environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $26.00 - $37.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off. This full-time position comes with standard working hours, with occasional extended hours required based on project needs.

Location and Schedule

This remote-based position allows for flexibility and work-life balance, with potential for hybrid work arrangements. The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, with 40 hours per week.
