Position Objectives:

Collaborate with production teams to achieve quality, quantity, and deadline targets while ensuring all tasks are executed safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks in alignment with Corvaglia Closures USA's core values while prioritizing safety.
  • Conduct and document visual inspections of products (IPC).
  • Handle the movement, packaging, and documentation of manufactured goods.
  • Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting on injection molding machinery.
  • Restart operations following machine malfunctions.
  • Carry out all necessary quality assessments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machinery and surrounding areas.
  • Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).
  • Adhere to occupational safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Report potential risks to personnel and the environment.
Accountability:
  • Meet established quality and quantity goals.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in designated work areas.
  • Follow work processes and documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal regulations.
Work Schedule:
  • This position operates on a structured 12-hour shift schedule in a 2-2-3 rotation.
  • Enjoy every other weekend off.
  • Opportunity for 8 hours of overtime per shift.
  • Experience 182 scheduled workdays annually compared to a standard 260.
Qualifications:Education:

Minimum high school diploma; additional technical training is a plus.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Experience with plastic injection molding is advantageous. Familiarity with shift work and safety/hygiene regulations is beneficial.

Management Experience:

None required.
