Job Title: Massage Therapist

At Auberge Resorts, we are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Stanly Ranch. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and spa services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized massage and spa services to guests, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to and from treatment rooms, attending to their needs throughout their spa visit.
  • Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform prep work, clean and restock treatment rooms as required, and ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
  • Maintain professional ethics, ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest, and their needs are met.
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization, as directed by law and spa policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa, including guest complaints or misconduct.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
  • Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist.
  • Massage Therapist State License required.
  • Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
  • Personal, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and love for healing.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to a minimum of three days a week, inclusive of weekends.
