Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients by performing chart reviews, interpreting tests and measurements, and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and document treatment plans, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve functional and discharge goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a positive and problem-solving environment.
  • Participate in patient care conferences, develop and implement care plans, and delegate tasks to supportive personnel as needed.
  • Document patient progress, recognize and address learning needs, and present information clearly and appropriately.
Requirements
  • Current license in the state of Arizona
  • BLS (American Heart Association) certification
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Clinical documentation experience
  • One to three years of pediatric experience (preferred)
