We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at Plaza Tire Service. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Listen to and document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
- Recommend services and products based on customer needs and provide clear explanations of associated costs and benefits.
- Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Provide accurate quotes and updates to customers throughout the day.
- Follow proper procedures when cashing out customer tickets and conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or an automotive-related field.
- Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
