Clearance:
- Must have current clearance or the ability to obtain ICE EOD and TS-S/CI clearance.
- Estimate the effort required for test case creation and execution while monitoring personal and team progress.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and cases based on requirements, design documents, and specifications.
- Conduct test case authoring and facilitate reviews with stakeholders.
- Execute test cases, including functional, regression, performance, load, and smoke tests for web applications and databases.
- Report, track, validate, and close defects.
- Document and report test results.
- Execute and document 508 compliance tests.
- Identify candidates for regression test automation and plan automation activities across the team.
- Engage in daily scrum meetings, agile ceremonies, and weekly testing team discussions.
- Participate in all phases of risk management assessments and software development, focusing on user requirements analysis, test design, and test tool selection.
- Install, maintain, or utilize software testing tools.
- Support metrics programs by tracking and gathering metrics on all activities.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including end-of-sprint demonstrations and soliciting feedback on test artifacts and processes.
- Minimum of 6 years of IT experience (A Bachelor of Science degree in a related field or equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- At least 6 years of experience in developing automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Strong background in object-oriented design development.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, NUnit, Cucumber, and JMeter.
- Experience testing Angular or REACT-based UI frameworks.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
- Experience testing SOAP and REST web services using tools like Swagger, SOAPUI, and ReadyAPI.
- Prior experience with 508 Testing for Federal Agencies is highly desirable.
- Experience with IBM Rational Suite of products.
