Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with both internal personnel and external partners to cultivate and sustain talent for Henry County Hospital. This position will serve as the intermediary with external entities such as educational institutions (primary education, vocational schools, colleges, and postgraduate programs), community organizations, and governmental bodies to establish and/or enhance a workforce pipeline that addresses the staffing requirements of the hospital.
Internally, this role will oversee the daily administrative functions necessary for the smooth operation of the Human Resources department. The position assists the Human Resources Manager with various administrative duties, including but not limited to recruitment processes, conducting interviews, managing employee benefits, overseeing compensation structures, facilitating staff training, administering leave policies, maintaining employee records, and interpreting organizational policies and procedures. Additionally, this role may extend administrative support to the Nursing Education and Staff Development department.
Required Qualifications:
A high school diploma is mandatory, along with a minimum of three years of prior secretarial and office experience in the Human Resources field. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is strongly preferred.
