Clinical Dietitian Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Travis AFB in Fairfield, CA. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients through evidence-based nutrition therapy and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition care plans for patients with various health conditions.
  • Conduct nutrition assessments, evaluations, and counseling sessions to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide interdisciplinary care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical dietetics and nutrition therapy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical dietetics, nutrition therapy, or a related field.
  • Board certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
