Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team at Walmart. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

• Meat Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various types and seasonality of different meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Drive business results by ensuring commitment to operational excellence, planning for profitability, and maintaining a work area according to company policies and procedures.
• Talent Development: Develop and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
