PRN Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Chesapeake, Virginia.

About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of interventional radiology procedures, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the performance of interventional radiology procedures, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for procedures
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide support as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in interventional radiology
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
